Shipping Information
All our prices are ex-warehouse, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In case of large quantity direct shipment from factory can be arranged. According to your requirement of country we will provide appropriate documents for customs etc. We need full address of point of delivery, contact person and telephone number etc. We provide an option whereby your forwarding agent can make shipping arrangements. If goods to be sent by courier, we need name of courier company and account number. You are advised to take insurance, warehouse to warehouse, in your interest.

Please note that delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time.

Split Shipments
We can ship your order to multiple locations. Please fill the information on the order form – which will be provided once the order is placed, or contact us at +971 4 3356520, Fax: +9714 3356592 or email to shipments@techreachonline.com and we will make sure all shipments are send out to multiple locations.

International Shipments
However, due to customs delay we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time or day. Additionally, we must abide by all national and international restrictions on importing and exporting goods.

Payment
International orders will be processed after receiving full payment into our bank account.
